Please note; because of its size, Trent Park has several different post codes. The one given is the most appropriate and closest to the Cockfosters Road entrance to the Park

Course Description: Very undulating course on open, rough, lumpy park land. Liable to be soft underfoot throughout.

Some exposed tree roots in places, especially along woodland section of course, and three small wooden bridges that could be slippery. The course is likely to be very muddy and slippery in places so is not suitable for ordinary trainers.

Spikes or trail shoes are recommended Kit: Spikes 9mm+, SMRAC Vest is required

Travel: Looks like it is about a 90min journey either by Tube to Cockfosters or car (by either North Circ or M25)

I try to be at the venue 1hr prior to the first race to set up and have SMRAC flag flying for you to meet, if the weather is poor then the club Gazebo will be up to allow all competitors some shelter and a place to change.

I'll supply numbers and clear instructions on the day with a course map and a briefing if you are new to racing in these types of events.

All age groups are welcome to race and in previous years we've managed to compete in most age categories from U11s up to Vets Time table for races (please turn up minimum 45mins prior to race)

I'll send out a reminder to all a week prior to the race and I hope we can field strong teams all winter.
