We are hosting an presentation by a MSc Psychology student from
St Marys Uni and Andrew Osagie (GB+ NI 800m athlete) on Tuesday
8th May from 8 pm - 9:30 pm.

The postgrad is Edgar Chekera. He is going to talk about how
visualisation in order to enhance performance or confidence in
sport.
Andrew Osagie has been representing Team GB in 800m for a number
of years. He will be talking about how he uses visualisation
within his training / goal setting.

As we need to organise a space for this presentation to happen,
please can you indicate if you might attend this. (Athletes 11
-17, you may invite a family member if you want to).
This will be open to all SMRAC Club members, coaches and
volunteers.
